Just watching game 6 of the NHL playoffs.

Like Space and blacksheep said, the owners (the techs) have to change the site's header (logo at the top of the page). And they take forever to do stuff. Over 100 forums to take care of.

If Admin Patrick or I could change that stupid broken banner, we would have a long time ago.

Ever since the virus attack on the servers last year, the owners have severely restricted the access to just about everything. Paranoid of another virus attack. I can't even add more smilies. I've tried (and asked - was told no).

Nobody wants that stupid broken pic of half a Monte replaced more than I do. Everyday I log in hoping to be surprised and see JJ's forum logo at the top of the screen.

Sorry for the rant. Once I get started on that subject, I just start motor typing.

would you beleive that i walked past it for over a year without noticeing it? of course, no one would recognise the car i started with, lol. it sank into the end of the dirt driveway with grass & other weeds growing up to the roof/ hood, on 4 flat, mismached, bald tires, a failed inspection sticker, and looked many shades darker from the layers of tree polen that coated the car.

i was looking for something, but never took notice untill i walked by one day, and said " you know, thats not bad..." i talked to the owner who was given the car & cared less caus he had a new suv & did not need the monte. i came up in my dads van, jumped the battery, drove around the block, and bought it on the spot.

i spent the next month cleaning, vacuming, washing, waxing, & repairing. i got tires off of an identicle 96 ls that rolled into the junkyard as i was leaving, 4 brand new BF goodwrench traction T/A rotationals, for $125. that was the most expencive thing i bought 4 it so far, lol.

i drove past the previous owners house to drop off a tool kit i found in the trunk, he could not beleive it was the same car, and said " damn, i shoulda traded in my tahoe & fixed tha monte.." lol, i couldint stop lafughing.

 

What I meant was I wanted to add additional smilies to the 11 we already have. I wanted to add some of the smilies from the old forum.
