mornin all not alot going on here today! been gathering a list of stuff for the monte to get it goin again, went to the jy sun looking for a vac ad advance dist base came up with one but was a buick one so wouldn't work the shaft was too short 
but wasn't a compleate waist got a visor for the mystake so i'm not blinded when it's sunny! and me n amy cam to the conclusion it's time to see what we qualify for and start looking for a house, we found one we liked and looked at it a bit needs work, small house, 1 car garage but it's on half an acre and the back yard is big and fenced in, $72,500

Evening all,
Space, THANKS for sharing the beachcam from one of your fav' hangouts. We have 1 here at South Haven, but it isn't up yet for the summer or ???. Ch 3 WWMT has a webcam over there, but not the beach cam. And the pizza was ok, but not great. Shy on Bisquick, and NO pepperoni!
Justin, I think it's GREAT that you are looking to buy a house. Interest rates are incredibally low for the right house. Make sure the % rate matches the deal. Don't say yes just cuz they say yes. Shop around for financing too.

jose i have done so much around here where we r living now i'm ready to do it for our own property, u know fixing plumbing, replacing light fixtures, faucets, moved cabinates, replaced the stove,removed a cabinste and installed a dishwasher, removed and istalled a new toilet, installed all 4 new doors inside, put new carpet in jacks room, and put trim at the botom of the room as there was none befor... thats all i can think of at this time
