Morning all
Not much going on here today. Got to run some errands. Nothing major. Still job hunting, but I AM feeling mostly better. Still having problems eating. Here's the positive side: I weighed myself last night, 1st time in a while. I weighed 177, vs 195 earlier in the year! That's the lightest I've been in over 10 tears! Now about 10-15 more! Gonna have to drop back to 33" waist pants. Maybe even 32's! NICE!
I'm excited about Christmas this year. Don't know why. I have no money, and my Mom just passed. Can't explain it.

Goodmornin all. Headed of to work we have our annual inventory today ... joy I'm so thrilled. 177lbs wayne and 10 -15 more. Personally I've been headed the other way which is unlike me but it usually happens in the winter months. Came out of H.S. in a pair of 32's at 185lbs stayed there for awhile the went to Marine boot (185) and four months later still in the 32's I was 215 to 220lbs and have seen the lower end of the scale once since. Good luck with your goals and I may have to reconsider if this national health cae becomes a reality because even as what would be considered a quite healthy muskkkkalll strapped male out of boot I was considered overweight for 6.1" by goverment standards. I beleive for my height I need to be around 180 at the most to meet thier standards....not possible have a good day

 

morning everyone; another day in paradise ha yeh right... ehh i was going to say nothing really going on here, but thats not true at all lol; last thursday my soon to be ex wife went into my command (im in the military obviously) and told them i havent been supporting her, and that i was beating her... (lies of course)... she does this a little over a month after I find evidence of her messin around, and she moves out on her own; clearly she learned paying the bills is not fun... so the command took her side on the matter, moved her back in, and made me move out.. so no place to live for me... point of the story being, other then my **** show of a life right now lol, is that you really learn to love your monte when its also your home lol

As for pants sizes lol im def putting on my winter layer... i was 142lbs when i went into boot camp, 155 when i finished and started BUD/s... and when I graduated SQT I was a 177lbs... but like solid... over this last summer I was doing ALOT of running and sprinting, so I dropped back to 155... but not im back at 170 lol... ill always range between 32-34 lol

 

Mornin all... o don't get me started you all are 170-180 or so i am sitting at 280 somthing and can't shake it.... but i'm built well alot of it is mucle in my legs back when i was working out i could

 

Good Morning!

Its freaking COLD! 32 Degrees is San Jose, this hardly ever happens. It rained last night, and then all the rain froze. After driving all the way to work, I still have frozen on rain drops all over my car. It took 10 min just to defrost the windshield, and here is the funny part: I go to open my door, and no luck...push unlock again, and still, no luck. WHY? My door was frozen shut. LOL....I had to pull on it, and finally it popped open. Geez, that is a first for me!

Anyway, I have a busy day...usual confrence call, meeting with a client, and final presentaion in one of my Business classes!
