so do i, thats why we stopped in on it about 2 years ago, lol. the guy said back then that his daughter's boyfriend wanted it, now we stopped back and he said that he's sick of looking at it in his driveway, gonna see if they'll take it and if not its mine its a lil beat up but its still a sweet truck.

Evening all. Just poppong in and saying HI.
I'm going to try to get everything in order tonight & tomorrow night to put my tranny back in Saturday AM. Got to replace seals, etc. It took me 3x longer to pull this tran's out than a good tech, but I bet I could cut my time in half next time. (I've had the car 4 years, and I'm on my 4th flex plate. You do the math. Can we say same thing next year?)

Survived trip to Tracy. Don't know much about the town, I was in an industrial park full of warehouses. Windy place. Lunch was catered, chicken & pasta with salad. No dessert. Two stars.

Stopped for a photo op on Altamonte Carlo Pass. Found out where Chevy Volt fuel is made.

 

Well my mom did more damage to the old monte. She has had a horrible run of bad luck. First she backed into my suburban and f'ed up the drivers side quarter panel and left rear wheel lip. Then someone backed into the front passenger fender with the ball on their truck and pushed it in so that the passenger door was scraping when opening. I pulled that one out and fixed it for the most part. Then today she was out at my property and backed into the excavators trailer tongue and dented the trunk lid in, broke the bumper, and put a hole in through the rear bumper cover and license plate. I feel horrible for her as she feels like she is destroying what was my nice car. Hope this is the end of the bad luck and her monte looks bad.

 

That sux Todd. At least your Mom is not getting hurt in the process.
