Morning all, supposed to get yet another dose of rain today, gonna slap the next weatherman that says SC is in a drought!

Hey, Mike you ever get to go home are did you just stay at work all night? Rough hours man I feel for ya'!

 

Morning all. I got a job. I got to go get my tools, drop some things off at the college, and go to work TODAY. YEA!!! $13/hr less than I was making, but it's still decent money, and it'll get better.

Wayne, good luck today!

As for my job situation, I was here yesterday from 5:30am-10:50pm. Went home, crashed, woke up at 4:30am, and now i'm sitting back at my desk as of 5:30am this morning. I am exhausted on all levels, I just can't wait for the next couple weeks to be over with so I can go back to working my 8 hours, this 12+ hours per day, day after day really starts to get to you.

On a great note, and forgive me if I said this last night already, I don't remember. LOL. But, I hired someone yesterday, he starts today at 9am! Seems like a good guy, good motivation, etc.! So i'm happy for that, and happy to finally have a fresh start with the inhouse staff. To be honest, we've needed a good "house cleaning" in this office for a while, and through lay off's most of it was not so complicated. But this was long over due. I'm just thrilled to start fresh.

The Monte still needs to be steam cleaned, I just could not bring myself to doing it last night at 11:30 when I got home, I needed a couple hours sleep. But I took out the mat that had MOST of the OJ on it, and dabbed up what I could with towels. So hopefully i'll be out of work by 5:30pm today so that I have a little time to clean it right.

Brian, I totally know what you mean about the weather. We've been slammed with rain the past few days, and its still going. Yet every spring rolls around, and they tell us California is in a drout. Yet as of yesterday moring we were at 103% of normal rain fall, and that number is climbing.

Well, I'll shut up for now! LOL, I hope you all have a GREAT day! I am confident today will be a good day! (minus the fact i'm working 12 hours). haha!

Don't ya just love the surprise visits from corporate...I'm kinda lucky in that respect, the owner and VP NEVER show up at my door without telling me. A) they are to cheap to buy airline tickets to come. B) If they do come, they are WAY to cheap to get a cab to the office, so they need me to pick them up at the airport. C) I'm just so good at my job they don't need to check on me!!!! LMAO! JK JK!
