Good Morning Everyone!

Yep, today is the day! GRADUATION! wooooohoooooo!

My presention yesterday went really well, the professor told us that my group got ~93% on it. So that was a great way to end school!

Now I just got to count down the hours till I can leave work, and then I get to go home change, and drive back up to school for GRADUATION! yay! I'm getting so excited!

Just a lot of meetings this week, and usually migraines from the meetings so I haven't been able to get on much.

Today might be the same way, who knows what tomorrow will bring. Just know that I'm not going anywhere

WOW!!! Graduation Day!!!
We are SOOOO proud of you Michael! Please post a pic (if you can) of you getting handed your degree. I got to believe your Mom has it!
We are EVERY BIT as proud of you as your parents are. We ARE your MCF family, and this IS a special moment for ALL of us, as one of our family members is getting a college degree handed to them today!!! (tears of joy running!)

I went to the 2nd information meeting last night for this road construction training program (RCAR). We had about 20 in our group, and it's down to 15 now. There were about 350 there last night. Standing room only in a small gymnasium. !!!
If that cuts down by 25% as ours did, that's still about 250 total. They will pick 15 from that. Minority women 1st, then everyone else. So I figure I have about a 1% of 1% chance of getting in. Oh well, worth a shot, and I haven't been told no yet. And I did REAL good on my testing, so we'll see.

Thank you everyone for the thoughts/ Congrats! IDK if my mom will be able to get a picture, its a huge event center, and all guest have to stay seated during the ceremony. But there will be plenty of after pics once we all meet outside... And I know there will be a professional photographer there taking pics of us walking the stage, so once we get proofs for those, i'll post it up!

OMG could work go by any slower today!!! LOL! I want to get this party started.

Something else small to add to this great day: Compliments on my Monte!

I was on my way back to the office from dropping off a worker, and I was sitting at a red light zoned out in my own world. I kinda noticed out of the corner of my eye this guy motioning me to roll down my window on the passenger side. So I did, and he askes "what size engine is in that thing" I told him a 3.5L, he said "no S*it, that thing sounds mean" Then he says "i've never heard of an RS, that must be rare" So I told him it was just a decal kit he thought it looked awesome. He also told me the color was "awesome". Mind you, my car is FILTHY right now...

So after all the talking, this guy say "so whats that 3.5L got?" I smiled and when the light turned green floored it. Tires chirped, and I took it to 80MPH. He floored his Toyota Tundra (4.7L V8), but could not even come close to keeping up... Next light he told me "Damn, that thing can move can't it" I said, yea, its pretty good for a V6!
