Morning Everyone.
Just checking in. Spent the morning with Jonny, then cleaned out the fish tank. Got nothing planned out here today. Its raining.

My girlfriend & the bum's are working different shifts then I

,but we always stay in contact in between work.
I have been helping my grandfather with his rehab after work each morning, because my g/f is taking care of one of the senior's that
is in critical care She is so good with people/patient's.
She's really excited about Med School, but we are
going to have to sacrifice to complete the `dream : )

J.J., the senior citz's prayer group are pray'in 4 U, so things
should be gett'in better soon : )

and is enjoy'in life. He really puts a lot of time into our
family forum, and most of us don't see how much he has done

I have to run but wanted to say `hi to everyone, I wish I had time
to respond to all our active contributing family member's.
I really miss my online time with family, and I just haven't been
able to keep `up with all the posts & new member's that have
joined since my leave.
I must rest & have 2 be back @ work at 7 PM...

Todd, I remember living in Medford and it starting snowing there in october the first year Chris and I were living together. I was in the Medford Center coming home from work. I went in and it was raining. I came out at 6 pm and there was almost 6 inches on the ground. Coming up crater lake highway (that is Highway 62) My bonnieville (at the time) almost went into a ditch. In Oregon when it snows it's more dangerous because you have those higher elevations that require chains, and in the lower elevations it's cold and damp, which equals black ice. I remember coming off an onramp onto I5 southbound from Portland, whoever decided an onramp that goes DOWNHILL was a genius. Not. It was SHEER ice. That was an almost accident. Oregon snow aint nothin to play with!
It's 55 and FRRREEZING outside. And dismal. As opposed to the 65 and sunny it was supposed to be. I was going to wash and wax the Monte but I think I'm going to put her away the minute i see the first snowflake fly for the winter. Drive my dad's minivan. let him drive the SS clone to work. He only lives 2 miles from his job. I live 15 (!!!) from mine. It's at least a 25 minute commute in the salt and slush. No Thank You. I'd like my paint to stay red.
No major plans for today. That I know of. I was supposed to have either friends come over here or me go over there for the Steelers Vs Chargers game tonight, I dunno. On That Note....

Hey Robyn, the weather in Oregon is always an adventure. Chains, what are those? lol I have never chained up, but I grew up in this stuff so feel safe. The ice in the valley is worse then the packed snow we get.

Ahhhh tripchek. LOL! I remember having to use that site whenever we'd decide to go to reno. I do miss oregon sometimes, and sometimes I do miss my ex husband. But those are the times I have to think and remember that he cheated on me, and things would have only been rougher on us financially knowing what I know now. I am not going to be someone's momma and raise them, you know?

I wish I had that luck Justin!! My family is pretty much estranged from each other. The people in this household keep to themselves. Because most of our other family is just retarded. LOL! What can I say. I'm contemplating holding a monte meet n greet at damon's on the waterfront tonight for the steelers game for those of us pittsburghians who want to show up. Should bring my dad and his half finished SS clone (we only have the pace car decals down the one side and the other side needs... help before we can get to that point.) Chris can even show up too if he wants, but that's probably all there will be is the three of us. Most other pittsburghians are pretty silent except for chris and I . And my dad isn't even an MCF member. I just thought of a screenname for him tho. MCF_DAD. LOL

evening, everyone. just a peacefull sunday in the poconos, i just got done washing & waxing the monte, its sunny, & the fall foliage is coming in butifull. me & my dad took a drive out towards lake wallenpaulpack, out to route 84 & then up some country 2 lane roads, WHAT a relaxing way to spend a sunday too bad a forgot my camara... we stopped & got breakfast, western omlettes with home fries, toast & bacon, & coffee, best $10 i ever spent, lol. now i might go make a run up towards milford just for the heck of it, gas up the monte. i just got paied for some work i did a while back, & im thinking a tank of 92 wouldint hurt
later, everyone!
