Afternoon all.
Chris, I'm sure sure if anyone ever figured out what was removed from your car or not, but it looks like the side emblems have been removed to me.
I have seen another black 6th gen around here lately, a young guy. It has black and silver wheels like Chris's or Silver Bullit Ryan's, but he has this REALLY cool front window graphics, a red bowtie in the middle with checkered flag "wings" coming off it. One of these days I'm going to get to flag him down and get him to come visit us here.
Justin, how's the new car running? LOOKS pretty decent!
JJ, are you getting excited about the move, or just antsy?
I've been on my new job only 1 1/3 days, but it's a pretty laid back shop. I think I'm going to like it there REAL well. 31.5 miles 1 way.
Later all!

Afternoon all. It is snowing here. Did a little diagnosing on the suburban and it is definitely not engaging 4 wheel drive. Was able to determine that the front drive shaft is engaging and spinning. This means it is either the auto hubs are toast or something in the front differential. I ordered a set of manual hubs as I like those better anyway. I will swap those out and see if I get 4wheel drive back.

todd, i was just gonna say go with the manuel hubs. they "suposidly" get ya a lil better fuel milage too

an johnny ya ever figure out the brakelight issue? if its not the swich for the brake pedal, i would guess its the turn signal multifunction swich. not too bad to replace, $65 part and mabe 3-4 hours time.

I washed the 05 today and it was kinda drizzlily out but it needed to be done. It's mild here and a lot of the snow has melted off - just in time for the next big snow to hit. It's going to get cold here again, so I don't know when I will be washing the car again.
