Morning/evening all, not alot going on here, kind of dicouraged looking for a place to live, but we took a drive around south st. paul(a city over) i think we spent 3 hrs found numerious places to call, hopefully we'll come up with somthing, most of them looked like they had garages... fingers crossed atleast
Yes, everyone is working on their Monte's
,or to tired to hit some keys.
I just finished my night shift & again drank 2 much coffee.

Morning all,
Justin, we pray that you and your family will find THE right place for you to live. With the way prices of houses are selling, maybe it's time to look at buying a place using 3 1/2% down thru FHA. Payments would probably be half of what rent is, and you'd have your own place. I know getting the down payment can be tough, but ask for the seller to pay for closing costs, as we did, and are doing, and you'd be surprised how affordable a house can be.
We have had an offer on our old place, we countered, he countered, and we stuck with our 1st counter offer, or our asking price. We are so low on our price, we have no room for negotiations, which kinda sux, but we trusted our realtors, and that's where we're at. On the up side, we have 2 other parties interested, just not pre-approved as the 1st is. The 2nd is dealing with the bank tho, and that is positive. The 3rd???
Hope everyone is having a GREAT weekend. We are both doing OK, safe, healthy, and working. Dogs are rolling in the snow (6"). Working on rebuilding the Allis Chalmers garden tractor I bought a while back. Some is ready for paint. That's been keeping me busy lately.

..Hi `Wayne, it's great to read your update & that you are getting some activity on the sale of your home. I hope that it sells fast & that you & Lady T can enjoy your new castle in the country. Great advise to `Justin and if he can't get a down payment, he can work with a owner on a Rent 2 own...There are thousands of homes for sale in Central Florida & many foreclosures. I am constantly looking, but we are using most of our funds to pay for Med School...Life is expensive 4-Real ~> Sure...

Morning all, was just reading through this mornings blog and an allstate ad just popped. Up in the middle of my screen (never seen that before)
Going to my gfs grandparents house and installing a new attic door. We were just going to turn the old one around and as we went to unscrew it, the whole thing fell(after I had climbed up the stairs) on top of carl (tahoedrifter's) head. He started laughing lol.
Went to a car meet last night (more of a rarity tight now since my gf never likes to go to those. She just sits in the car while im out talking to people)
Met another" dustin" has an el camino with a 305, a friend of carl's just put a cam in it still running the stock torque converter with a 3 speed 350 turbo trans with shift kit. Then met another guy with a trans am and his buddy with a firebird.
Altogether, I had fun though.
