Afternoon all. Hope Ryan is having a good dinner. I have been busy all day buying a new house. I have a 1975 double wide that is drafty, cold, and falling apart. The loan is in my parents name because I screwed my credit 5 years ago with a bankruptcy. Well today we found a 1998 used double wide to replace my old one with. It needs some work, but is a killer deal. 3 Bedrooms, hard wood floors, den vaulted ceilings, gas and wood fireplaces. We filled out the paperwork for the purchase with rolling it into the loan for the land and put my name on the contract. Have to wait for approval, but I am stoked about having a new energy efficient place.

 

so are you moving todd or relocating the new one to the plot you have now

 

Yanking the old one out and putting the newer one in.

Nothing yet chris. I never even thought about taking pics with my phone. It is pretty rough right now, but if everything goes right she will be nice.
