Good Morning Everyone!
I had a nice relaxing weekend, which was long over due! LOL
Saturday I got the new struts put on the Monte (KYB GR2's) then I got my EBC Ultimax slotted rotors installed (all 4). Then I took it down to a tire shop and had the alignment done, and 4 new tires installed (Michelin Hydroedge). OMG, what a difference, the ride quality is smooth as glass, the road noise level is a few notches down (although the Hydroedge is not a silent tire by any means, however I knew that before I bought them, all other aspects of the tire are so far awesome). And the braking is nice and smooth again! I'm super happy with everything.
Now next weekend i'll change the oil, change the transmission fluid, and change my coolant. Then i'll be good for another few months. lol.
Other than that its just been the usual busy work schedule and normal life.
I hope everyone is doing well and has a good day!

Good morning everyone. I had the rare chance yesterday to get the feel of a car other than my own. I have a co-worker who drives a 2002 Acura Integra (Type R). He was talking a whole lot of crap about The Beast and I gave him the chance to prove his claims. Well... I have to give him credit, for a little 4 cylinder, he has some decent pick-up. The 8,200 redline helps him with that. And the cornering was nice and tight. Then I allowed him to ride in my car... After all of the good things that I have heard about the "Type R", I was very happy with how my car stomped his into the dust. His handling was a little tighter than mine, but the sheer speed of mine more than made up for it. I am back to work after 12 days of leave, so I have a lot of catching up to do. Have fun!
