Good Morning MCF!!!
How is everyone? I hope everyone had a good weekend.
I had a great weekend. I took the first step toward buying a house!
Saturday I drove around and looked at houses for sale, took notes, etc. Then on Sunday morning bright and early, I met with a realtor and went and looked at several houses. I now know a lot more than I did going into the whole thing, and its all positive...except for the part that I will need to send about 50K more than I was hoping to spend. LOL. But in the end that extra 50K really goes a long way in terms of neighborhood and the actual house itself. I will be meeting sometime this week (hopefully) with the loan officer to get pre approved and all that stuff. So i'm pretty excited about all of it, a little stressed, but very excited.

Was a slow Sat for me. Just really stayed home. not really doing anything except hanging out with Jonny and watching movies with the family.
