Mornin' folks!
Last day of the diet today!!! I'm going to make it! My wife did not at all (even though this was her idea) - I'm a little bitter about that. But then, I'm bitter about everything now. After a meek 4 days she saw no weight loss, so she felt that was long enough and threw in. She still hasn't eaten meat, but has enjoyed cheese, bread, salt, beer and smoke. I couldn't live with myself if I was unable to give up beer and smoke for a week. Anyways, I've lost 10 pounds, which I intend to gain all back (and then some) at the stroke of midnight when I eat 20 pounds of red, white and even some blue meat and say goodbye to vegetables forever

Good Morning Everyone!
I hope you all had a GREAT weekend and good Thanksgiving! It was awesome getting a nice long weekend away from work.
I'm just sad it's already over with. LOL
It's been kinda cold and we had rain one of the 4 days, plus there is some rain in the forecast for this week, so washing the Monte over the weekend was out. But I cleaned the interior, it needed it bad. So I cleaned/ conditioned all the leather, and put protectant on the dash and stuff.

Miller, congrat's on getting Distinguished Honor Grad at the Warrior Leadership Course! That should be good for points at your next promotion board.
Good news on moving to Ft. Leavenworth. I've spent a lot of time there over the years, though always for training or temporary duty, never permanent party. It's a far cry better than Ft. Sill in my opinion. When do you PCS?
JuniorCar, good job on sticking with the diet. I bet you're ready for a great big juicy steak (with no side salad). Enjoy!

power just came back on, a transformer blew up up the street so that was neat to wake up to 
not much else going on, heading out for breakfast & some christmas shopping. i have today and tomorrow off from work, untill tomorrow night
