Changed my oil today with the use of seafoam. Trying to clean the engine out.

The second, I was spinning my sign, threw it in the air, turned around, went to catch it right when a strong gust of wind hit.
Blew the sign sideways and straight for my face. Well, it hit me in the eye... here's the outcome.

I know it doesn't look that bad, but the pic is after I cleaned it up, the bleeding hadn't stopped yet by that point, but wasn't near as bad as when it first happened.

Augi: Ouch... Yeah, head wounds, even small ones, bleed like crazy. I know from much personal experience. I like the sombraro pic. I have a similar one which I'm too embarrassed to share... But it was a fun night.

Front brake job over the weekend worked wonders on The Wife's Monte. No more brake pulsing. In addition to warped rotors, the pads were almost shot so good timing there. I put Wagner rotors / ceramic pads on this time (from O'Reilly Auto Parts). The rotors have a lifetime warranty; if they ever warp, I get a new one no questions asked. Sweet!

I've become a big fan of O'Reilly over the last year or so (no affiliation, just a happy customer). They're great about honoring any kind of warranty, even when the part in question 'failed' due to operator headspace (i.e. stupidity). Case in point: I recently fried the ignition module on an old car due to miswiring the ignition coil. I had my wallet out to pay for the new one and they told me to put my wallet away, it was still under warranty. And that was even after I explained how it got fried. Nice!

Sparky, im glad you have good experiences w/ oreilly. Here, they must really hate their job because I have to get all ugly in the face before they realize what the term" lifetime warranty" means.

Justin, yeah, I work part-time for a company called mgm signs, you can look them up on youtube and see my co-workers. Im not good enough to be recorded yet.
