GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! 
I am pretty energized for it being 5:40am on a Monday! LOL...and I havent even had my coffee yet.
I can not believe it is already November 1st...i've been out of school almost a year (as of Dec 17th). Amazing how fast the last year has flew by...and I gotta say 2010 has been a great year for me.
I have some awesome news, so i've been looking at houses the last couple weekends. Saturday, I went and looked at more houses, and met with my loan lady. I found one that I really really like, the floor plan is great, the house is in pretty good shape too. It needs some minor stuff inside, mainly paint and carpet. Then in the next few years it will be needing a new roof. BUT its in a great part of town, and its going for about 65K under value. So with a little work, it will be great. The conclusion I came to at the end of the day was that of all the houses i've been looking at, this was the one I liked most. I decided to put an offer in! Since its a bank owned, I should find out this week whether or not my offer was accepted. This week will be yet another anxious week for me. LOL.

Actually, funny you mention that....There is a bathroom in the garage, and even with that, its bigger than a conventional 2 car gargage. However if I get this house, eventually I would get rid of the garage bathroom, and with that gone it would be about a 2.5 car garage. And the driveway is about 2.5 cars too. So the Monte would definitely become a garage queen at night and on weekends!
