Physical Training was cancelled today. Our civilian fitness instructor cancelled after our detachment of 200 soldiers were at the gym waiting on her. Typical... Going to help out a friend with his Acadia today. Have a good one!
I didn't realize units were outsourcing physical fitness instructors. Seems kinda weird. She leading some non-traditional physical fitness techniques (yoga, pilates, dancercise, ...)? Morning All. Cold day here; 23 degrees F. when I got up. Heading for an afternoon high of 37. Oh boy...
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was very busy but got a lot of work done. Unfortunately didn't leave much time for Christmas shopping. I gotta get a few more things for the family.

I saw someone using a ice scraper on their hood! OMFG they are probably doing sooo much damage to the paint!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!
I am just sipping on some coffee, trying to fully wake up still. LOL.
Its not near as cold here, we are in the mid 60's. Last week in the very early morning, it was in the high 30's a few days and everyone was complaining how cold it was. I think all of us people in CA would die if it was 8 degrees. LOL :P

Yep! The actual name was "cardio attack" so... yeah... It is a shame when a 60 year old woman leads 200 soldiers in an exercise routine and kicks their butt!
