Looks like I am going to order a remanufactured LS1 with an LS1 hot cam installed. I will add an LS6 intake manifold and Long tube headers. Should have a price on Monday and wil know then if it is go. Going to send the computer out to be reprogrammed as well.

I am thinking about disabling the DOD and replacing the intake with an LS6 replacement from F.A.S.T. It looks like an awful lot of work though.

Greg, what is DOD? Im sure I know, just call it something differant.
Space, still thinking about what's next... im thinkin of either building the 3800 if so, ill do a hv3 intake manifold next, if not... install a little bitty ls4 and go for 3 years without the monte in function while working on it.
