What are you doing 2day ~> this WeekEnd ?
TGIF, or just `Thanks 4 another day of `Life ~>4-Sure
I was suppose to leave yesterday to go back to the GulfCoast,
but my work assignment has changed again.
Just got back from a long problem shift @ the warehouse.
Power was knocked `out by a storm & had to use
our back `up generator's. No A/C, but could use the fans.
(blows around hot air : )

TGIF!!! This has been a crazy week on many many levels. Some good, and some bad. Weird week.

My fasting level was great under 100 for three days in a row.
So last night I had a couple of whole wheat tortillas with frijoles; small bummer, I shot up to 131 when I woke up today.
They say that it is the cheating that will eventually kill you.
But, even that reading is not horrible by comparison.

No its not that bad at all. even at 131. When i got hospitalized, i had 451.
Jonny GMother got sent to the hospital with 1152. Yes, you read that correctly. 1,152 points. She should have been dead. But lived. She has been in the hospital for over week now. We still dont know what kind of permanent damage it did, but they are saying they suspect she has some brain and heart damage.

The hospital even said they couldn't get a reading on my hemoglobin so I must have been over 10 or 11.
