It should be so easy to have fun in your car since the installation of the turbo.

Morning All.

Hey Wil. Good luck with the engine/tranny work. FYI - I'll be heading out to your neck of the woods again in a couple weeks. Meetings at Ft. Sill the week of 17 Jan. If you need an extra pair of hands for any work, let me know and I'll bring some grubby clothes that I can get dirty.

Miller - hope all goes well signing in to the new unit.

Augi - don't work too hard. Ask your gf for a massage for all those aching muscles. Just be sure to return the favor and earn some brownie points! Glad to hear things are going well with the new living arrangements.

Big day at the office. Glad it's Friday. Busy weekend planned though too. Mostly fun stuff at least.

Have a great day everyone. Happy Friday!

Augi, I remember at least one other member installing the heated leather seats from a 6th gen SS into his 6th gen LS. Physically, it's a simple bolt in replacement. I believe he said he found the wiring sitting under the carpet, so the SS seat just plugged right in. Only hitch was having to install the switch. I think he said the wiring was sitting on the floor inside the center console. Just got the switches from a junk yard, cut the hole in the center console and plugged it in.

At least that's what he posted.

i need to get on ebay to find the trim(beauty ring) for that thing, you can see where i mounted my multi port for plugs they put the factory obe right below the hvac and right in front of a cup holder so if you had anything pluged in you couldn't use the cup holder....
