In NY cops don't mind 5+ over the limit on local roads and on the highways most are safe cruising at 75 (10+)

IDK I see NY as 65, but by me in nyc it's 55....I would LOVE it if they made it 65, but I doubt that'll happen...not so much for safety reasons but more for revenue and being able to give out more tickets for speeding in a 55....that's why I love traveling out of state...

Usually 5-10 over for me unless I'm making a long highway trip then I follow the flow of traffic and usually wind up 15-20 over

5-10 over all the time. I've been driving that way 8 years and no tickets (knock on wood) If I'm on the highway I go with the flow of the fast lane and sometimes end up 20 over

It actually depends. Most of the time I like to drive 5-10 over the speed limit. But the police around here are really on a kick for nailing speeders lately. So most of the people infront of me are keeping the speed limit. So that means I get slowed down too.

In the city, the speed limit signs are a cruel joke. Since all the major streets are under construction, the traffic jams are horrible. A lot of the time you don't even have to press the gas pedal.

By the way, I voted for "I drive full `Speed ~> All the Time & I don't have a license!! ". LOL

I have to use the cruise control on the highway if, I dont I'll be doing 90 without even knowing it. I pay more attention in town tho but still usually 5 over at least. I gotta be careful because my wife said any more tickets and I'm stuck driving the 4 cylinder car.

I like it when they post signs with the fines $ if caught speeding. I like to know the dollar amount upfront so I can calculalte how fast I want to go based on the most expensive fine I can afford. I don't want to appear cheap
