Loss of a MCF member
Not sure if anyone on here even knew my name, it's Jeremy, you probably knew it as Quatermain (a name that I picked from the movie/comics "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen").
Anyways this thread is my departure thread, shortly here, October 27th, I will be beginning my enlistment in the United States Navy, where I will spend the next 5 years of my life.
I'm not sure when I'll have time to get online, but the first two months will be spent at bootcamp, and I'm positive I'll be out of contact then. Afterwords, I will be very busy with my job duties, I suspect, but I will try to come on as much as possible to continue to increase my knowledge and help out other members as much as I can. Actually, I'm not even sure how much I'll get to drive my car while I'm in the service...
I have a few personal thank you's to several members on here. The knowledge that this place and its members supplied me with is incredible, I feel well equiped with lots of knowledge about my car now. Anyway, the members I especially want to thank are:
AwesomeSS
BumpinMonte96
Chibiblacksheep
Drewskie043
MAMONTE
RickAKATed10
2003SuperSport
These members provided more feedback and support than I could ever ask for. I suggest, and very much hope that all these members win a Monte of the Month award, and I hope that all are nominated for Monte of the Year.
Ontop of these members, there are countless others who helped answer my questions to which I'm very thankful. I do assure you, once I am IN the Navy, and my pay goes up, I will be beginning many of the mods I have questioned and asked about for so long, so when I do come back, sometime in 2010, my car will be very different, I hope!
I look forward to getting back in touch with everyone on here soon! Expect a changed member, and a changed car when I return!
