We have a hummingbird that tries to get in the house. He comes up to the window and pecks at it like he wants in.

The first thing I ever hit with my Monte was a cardinal flying in my community.

(Don't worry, I don't purposely aim for small animals)

Cody found these. I'm assuming they are wrens because wrens built a nest in the same spot last year, inside an engine hoist in the hot sun - little idiots. You can see how far in the nest is (by the hole where it says "3000 lbs"). If it rains, it'll rain right in on them.

The baby cardinals flew yesterday morning. I snapped this pic right before the last one took off with both parents flanking him/her.

The baby wrens should be flying anyday now too.
