Most around her have had the crap run outta them, & haha yeah she just doesnt wanna borrow much her cobalt was paid for so she liked the no payment

With a budget like that maybe go foreign? BMW M5 comes to mind, maybe a mercedes? Or does she want to stay american?

OMG I'd love a M5 with the V10 but there all over 30k around here & auto's , I'm still not sure on the Caddilac Mike :p

Cadillac's are really nice and most younger people think that there old people cars. IMO that was the point of the CTS-V, to appeal the younger crowd.

Odd, i see alot of BMW's on ebay with manual transmissions with in your budget. Maybe just the difference in location. For exmaple, heres a nice M5 in my area. And oh how i wish i had some extra cash, i'd love to buy a beamer.

How about the turbo buick regal? They come with a manual and are still within the GM family. I thought about a GXP G6 but that only came with an automatic, also thought about the Solstice GXP but that's only a two door, not sure about the transmission.

Outside of GM she could rock an SRT4 Caliber or GTI (although I think those are automatics?), or she could rock a subaru STI
