I have searched the net...Ebay etc....
Unfortunately, I cant find anywhere a Plastic Model to build of my1999 Monte Carlo...
Ive checked ..AMT...Revell , E hobby,Horizon hobbies etc...

If anyone can find one of a 1999 MonteCarlo... Pls let me know!

I'll look around at the local hobby shop one day and see if I find one on my free time.

 

Maybe search under Lumina. They might consider it a two door Lumina. Or you could try to work with a 4 door kit somehow.

 

I don't think I've ever seen a 5th Gen model (other than Nascar stuff), especially 1:24 scale and larger, but I'll let you know if I come across anything. Majority available, for regular (non-Nascar) Monte Carlos, are 1st, 4th, and 6th Gens. 5th Gens look to be all Nascar related.

Here's part of my model collection. The black 1987 Aerocoupe is a plastic model that I built sometime back around 1995-98, and the yellow 2004 SS is a die-cast model I purchased back when I had my yellow 03 SS. Other than my Nascar die-cast, they're the only two 1:24 scale Monte Carlos I have.

 

I would love to find a Gen 7 Monte and an '06 Impala to graft together...

 

You may contact Cort? He might know if such a kit ever existed?
