Loaned out the Deuce Coupe!!!
One of my Step son's friends was home on leave from Fort Benning GA (Army) Kyle has always taken a special interest in the Deuce Coupe showing his Army Buddies my Car Domain page. They never belived him that he knew the car personally. Kyle was never a reasponsable kid prior to enlisting, in trouble all the time. He now drives an Abrams tank worth million of dollars.
So he ask's me "Pop when you going to let me drive this beast?" I threw him the keys and said if Uncle Sam can trust you with a million dollar tank I can trust you with the deuce.
Never saw some kid soooo happy! He took off and in a little bit I called the car's intergrated cell phone well by this time he was trippin "Pop Your car just called me!" he screams. He took the car to where my son works (Toco Bell Drive through) ....
Zach (my son) working the drive through starts screaming "He let you drive it????" by this time half of the Toco Bell employees are in the drive lookin the Deuce over. Kyle's girl friend took pictures of Kyle and the Car to show his disbeliving buddies
Nice memories .... cuse Kyle is going to Afghanistan in March to one of the most dangeruos locations (some valley forget the name)

I'm sure you make his day 4-Sure & created super memories for Kyle. I trusted my friends & grandfather with my Monte's & knew that they would not abuse.
I wish Kyle a safe tour of duty in the Middle-East. Pop, you are a Good Man & your posted words reflects your character.

Tadd. Now that's COOL man. I came home on leave one time. I had a calif drivers lic. But My Dad threw my buddy the keys cause he had a Mi lic. WT ?

Kyle will post the pics on facebook when he does I'll down load them. Says he is making the Army a career. Hope he does he was totaly lost before he went in (almost was refused becuse of his past mistakes)
He tells me when friends ask what he does in the Army he tells them "I F##K things up"
