Seeing Chrysler take the 3 top spots doesn't surprise me.

I never go by these things, most of the time there not really acurate, i go but what ppl say about em that own em, only way ull truely know the facts is from the owners not from magazines or articals

The JD Power survey is based on the responses of more than 31,000 original owners of 2009 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership.
