I love going thru salvage yrds. Going to Bullhead city to see a friend next week for a couple of days. Thats what were going to do. Got a few were going to visit. used to do that with my Dad all the time. Looking forward to do that

Rick wish I was with you doing that. I'm looking for some good rust free sheet metal parts.

I have a friend that owns a scrap yard and you would be amazed what some people haul in for scrap. At one time he had two Chevelles and a Camaro saved that someone had hauled in for scrap

When I worked in the salvage yard up in Vermont I saw the same thing often. I tried to save some of them but the business owner was a greedy sob. He would rather crush them then sell them to anyone else. He had been offered a few hundred over scrap price saying he wasn't going to allow anyone to profit off of him. Google ABC METALS RECYCLING out of Milton Vermont and see who is profiting now. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. I'm sorry that wasn't nice, but as you can probably tell I have history there and it didn't end well.
