Thank's everyone I have to wait for the DMV to send back papers so I can use them. I like the idea that it's one time fee $25.25 + $ 3.50 handling fee = $ 28.75 total same as Historical plate its a 1 time fee no more money sent to the state for plate fee's ..

Just got the paper work back from the state.. Iam good to go to use the old plate.. no more fee's for plates..

They do look cool on older cars..
