Great way to start the season!!!!!!! GO JR.!!!!!!!!!!!
After everything that has taken place,as a Jr. fan this is exactly what I had hoped would happen the first time out!!

 

Same here, I almost couldn't watch that last lap. I was so afraid something was going to happen before that finish line finally showed up.
Would've loved to have seen Teresa's face, LOL.

I'm alll Amp'd up now! Haven't been a Jr fan, but WOW! GREAT race! What a push by Jimmie to get him there. Now THATS teamwork there. Way to start the year Jr and the 88 team!

 

I'm so glad I've been a JR fan from the start. This race was PROOF of him being a SOLID competitor. Not another whiney gilette-face....

I still remember the races with his dad, looking on and just thinking how great of a feeling that would be. Knowing you didn't have a chance, but hoping luck would fall on ur side....

Yeah I caught the last of the Race. I like the National Guard car! Go Army!

 

I still want to see how he does when he leaves Daytona. I think he's going to be one of the top guys competing to win the 500. But he's always been good on restrictor plates, no doubts there. Lets wait a few weeks before we determine just how good he really is...

And about his car looking good: I surely hope you mean it looked good like fast, good handling, and able to get him to victory lane. I surely hope you don't think that paint job looks good... fi you say that I would have to say you and your friends were pounding back a few too many Budweisers

But ya gotta admit it looks a teeny bit better with AMP sprayed all over it and sitting in Victory Lane, but would've been better with some confetti - lot's of confetti, LOL
