Black car + Black leather = Pain. I know this for a fact, we had very hot weather last week. lol. When I was installing my gauge cluster, it was over 100 degrees out. Very painful sitting on those black leather seats :P

Yeah, it sucks- I'm ready for the peak of summer to be over. We've had a nice cool break the last few days due to some rain- but pretty much all of June and July have been right at 100 or higher every day (I think we only had 5 or 6 days go a degree or two below in July).

Do you have tint? That seems to cut down a lot on how hot the seats get. I've got 5% in my GP and its got black leather with the suede inserts- and the seats aren't bad at all, even on the really hot days.

My 15% tint and a sun visor usually do well at keeping the oppressive florida sun out of my black interior.

It was really nice around here for a few days. But turned humid. Not as bad as the heat wave we had back in July though.

Even in Canada the heat caused my rear view mirror to fall off twice this month

My rearview mirror fell off last summer. Got one of those repair kits and it hasn't fallen off since. (crosses fingers)

My count was bad. It fell off. I fixed it and it lasted about a week. The I fixed it again and it lasted about 30 minutes. Then I took it to an auto-glass place and it hasn't fallen off since. Fell off 3 times. I was using a deflector thingy in the windshield to keep the interior a little cooler, but I don't think it was doing crap except deflecting some heat to make the windshield hotter. I don't use it anymore...
