Default Insurance

Can anyone recommend a speciality car insurer that is reasonable and that you trust and is not a pain to deal with if there is a claim. My standard insurance company no longer wants to insurance my car for the $$'s I have invested. Because it is no longer stock, they want nothing to do with replacing anything than is not factory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The block is complete this week and will be sent to engine builder hopefully by end of week. Tranny parts are all machined and going to Nitride this week. Interior work will also be complete this week with gauges in dash molded in and gauges in IP where vents were - will have kill switch, shift light also installed. Close to stock appearance. Have Aerocatch hood locks for hood, just can't figure out how to install yet. Bought extra set of stock wheels and racing tires just for front, drag slicks P265/40 x 18's, also have regular four for street - going to use P245/50 x 18 for every day. World products (Warhawk heads) worked with Dart to insure head bolt pattern is right - going to 18 bolt patterned heads for LSX patterned block instead of 10 on stock LS blocks - a real necessity with Turbo. Decided to destroke the 427 to 3.75 stroke less torque on tranny. Everything is geared around reducing torque to tranny.
Do you know of anyone who may want to purchase my motor I am pulling out - will have 35,000 miles on it. - Magna flow exhaust, Super chip - KN CIA - all just put on last summer. Thanks for asking.

I will be reusing the throttle body because it's either 90 or 92mm already and that is pretty large and sufficient. The stock exhaust manifolds I will not be reusing if the people of Jardine can fabricate a new set for me and fit them in the engine bay. The superchip I will be selling the moment I ship the car to the engine builder. I will return it to stock and it can be used on any '06 or '07 5.3 liter v8. I paid $390.00 for it, hooked it up to my OBD II once and it is in perfect condition. I am up for offers if you are interested. Let me know. Thanks

State Farm will also drop you like a bad habit if you have a bad record. That includes your family. It happened to me when I ran into some driving bad luck and they dumped my parents who were ticket/accident free and with them for over 30 years.

Once I moved out of the house though they kissed my parents a$$ to get them back and dad told them where to go.

Later there was an article about that going on in Wisconsin.

Personally I use AAA.
