Wow everyone jumps right into attack mode. I drove an 07 mustang and i thought the visability out of the back was terrible. I'm sure the employee the did it feels terrible Just make sure they fix it right and it will be fine.

I haven't had much luck at shops. Out of about my last 5 trips to one, 3 have ended in disaster
Muffler shop drove wifes car off ramp and hit side of garage door, messing up quarter. Since I was putting new ones on the next week, I was easy and just paid for pipe. Shouldn't have done that.
Next trip there, they saws-alled my new tire cutting it.
Now this......I just can't trust anyone with our rides.
It was probably someone who thought they could drive a stick and learned te hard way that they can't.

We unfurtunely have wash kids that think they can drive tudras through walls some times.This always ends poorly
nothing says customer satisfaction like wrecking your ride

That sucks Jerry. I would definitely make them replace the bumper cover. Never mind smoothing out the gouges and touching it up with paint. Replacement bumper cover.

I'm sure the employee that did it feels horrible. Probably scared for his job. But before people go ape sh*t on the employee, think about this...

Is it possible the employee told his boss he couldn't drive a stick, and his boss told him "quit being a baby and go move the damn car." ? If that's the case, his boss is at fault here too.

Looks like they were backing right and hit.... you and I both know fastbacks have a big blind spot over there.... just got in that bad spot and bam. It happens... I've done it.....


At least they're taking care of you it sounds like.... not trying to say that was like that when it came in, which I've known to happen as well.

That sucks! I hope they fix it right!

The little less than a year I worked at a dealer I saw a number of things happen,
No oil filter ha new motor for that customer,
Tech F'in around in the parkinglot in a cash for clunkers LS firebird (poor car) hit a custmers car when he couldn't gather up the slide he was in ,
Tech for some reason had the air bag computer loose and on a test drive it tipped over deploying all the airbags!
worst was a guy didn't put a car on the lift right and it fell the 6-7 feet, pass nose corner down, that camry will never be the same, cracked the windshield, tweaked the body/frame so bad the rear driver tire was off the ground by a good 1/2 in doors didn't want to open, rippled roof hood ect
