Hubby has been BANNED
Look what he did to my baby , black and dirt roads do not go together well. No more driving the Monte for him.It WILL get a bath tomorrow. It would've gotten one today but it kept threatening rain and was pretty chilly and I'm already about half sick. Tomorrow is supposed to be warm and sunny.

I know it's sad, but at least it's only dirt and will wash off. He just HAD to go goose scouting and take wet dirt roads. The only good thing about it was the dirt roads are actually smoother than the paved ones that are full of potholes (had to look for a bright side).

Hi Becky!
I finally saw an Intimidator edition exactly like yours pass by me while driving downtown a few days ago. Only difference is, this one was clean. (sorry, had to throw that in) Obviously it had just came from the car wash, since it was still dripping wet. Really stood out since all the rest of the cars on the road were covered with salt stains.

Well at least that is one thing I don't have to worry about -SALT. I don't drive on the rare ice we do get and I don't "plan" on it going to the coast, afterall it won't be pulling the boat or hauling any kayaks (no point in going to the coast without those), so maybe it'll never have to see saltwater.

Next time, make him take the truck goose scouting. What do you consider chilly down there in Texas?
But isn't that true about the dirt roads being better than the paved ones? I live on a dirt road, hence the mudguards on my 06, and even though this winter has really done a number on it, normally it is in better shape than 90% of the paved roads around here.

I live on a gravel road, but wet it's not assloppy as dirt. All this past week it's been in the 30's and 40's, one morning it was 14.Today it was in the 50's but it was wet and the wind was cold. Tomorrow it's supposed to be near 70 and sunnyby 2.
BTW, if it's below 70, I freeze. My great-grandparents came over here from Sweden, I sure am glad because I don't think I'd make it up there, LOL.

Sorry to see your Intimidator so dirty. I won't even consider taking pics of mine when it gets bad, and mine gets BAD white with salt, sand, snow, and ice. Hate to admit it, but sometimes you can hardly tell he's a black car[:@]
