Yeah I've already run the VIN through compnine. I wanted to make SURE this car was a real Dale car. Unfortunatley it doesn't mention a series number.

I found out by emailing the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center with the VIN. It's CAC@Chevrolet.com

GM/Chevy was very little help finding out what number sequence our '03 Pace car was. I mean little help. Mainly cause the Mexican speaking csr couldn't understand my request.
I finally tracked down the company that originally did the COA for Chevy for the Pace and Signature series cars. A very nice woman tracked the car down and told me it was #476 of 1,401 made in 2003.
I still have the phone number of this company.

I used the CAC@chevrolet.com email address and got a very nice ENGLISH speaking guy named "Reggie" who both emailed and called with the number of my car.

I'm certain I stuck the number to the company that was the original printers of the COA with my Montre Carlo literature.
But I also stuck the MC literature in the trunk of my first car. And then laid restored parts on top of the (protected) trunk lid. I'll see what I can do about posting the number of this company.
PS. Have you ever seen the trunk of a car completely full?
