Most people here aren't even getting their cars up to operating temp for their short drives.

Since that never happens, the car stays in open-loop and just dumps fuel.

With that said, I also have a short commute. Only 6.2 miles to work

I have...but I haven't lol. I'm still waiting on my bank. As soon as I get my loan though I will be trading it.

 

Did you buy any mods? lol. Or did you have the 6disc cd player? =p

 

The only mods my Monte has is wheels and a painted engine cover. And it doesn't have the 6 disc cd changer I don't think. I never listen to cd's so I couldn't really tell you if it does or not lol

 

lol, i barely do as well, but using the aux cord gets annoying sometimes.

 

Yea, I will say that I wish they had put the aux in the center console that way you don't have a cord hanging from the dash.

 

Work is just under 7 miles. School is 60 miles one way, used to exclusively use the 97 for that. Sometimes ill take the 04 now, otherwise I drive my moms car.

 

WOW! 60 miles one way? So 120 two and fourth? Holy batman. O______O; Im complaining to my gf about driving 20 miles to and from our new apt if we decide to move there.
