I really like eggs more if they hatch, grow a couple pounds then are dismembered and fried.

Usually will have mine scrambled with Chorizo, salsa and a tortilla when possible. Grew up back east but have learned to love the western ways.

And finally the waitress flipped over the top few pages on her order book and tucked them under, pulled a pencil out of her beehive hairdo and moistened it with the tip of her tongue.
"What'll it be?" she said.
"Well now, little lady," said Lee Roy Harber, "ah'll just have me a short stack and a mess of hash browns and a pile of toast about this high and, mmm, four eggs'"
She took it all down.
"How do you like your eggs?" she said.
He thought about it for a second.
"Well, now that you ask," he said, "I really like them little buggers."

i like 'em cooked! lol usually scrambled but i'm not picky, i love eggs. only way i miss having them is farm fresh at my aunt's old farm. used to walk out to the hen house at 6:00 sharp every morning and get them out of the nest, bring 'em inside and my aunt would scramble 'em up for me along with 2 strips of bacon. those were the best tasting eggs i have ever eaten

As long as they come with bacon I dont really care how they are cooked. I do like to dip my toast in them so i'd say i prefer them butter basted but scrambled are fine too. Oh and you gotta have hot sauce.
Hi Member, when I created this thread I never believed it would get so many hit's by our member's...I really just made the thread when I search on ways to cook `eggs, and posted what I found to fill in some empty `space (LOL)..
Now, everytime I visit this thread I get hungry
Now I have several ways to eat my eggs & yes, I'm hungry again...Thanks everyone for your posts & contributions to our forum & keeping it active & fun
