the Tri-Point stone is a great and historical place to visit. it's where PA, WV and MD meet along the Mason Dixon Line. the sunsets from there are awesome.

Cort, you forgot about Killer King ( MLK Hospital ) out in California. The emergency room is an incredible site to see. You can be there for days waiting just to see a Dr. Thats no joke.

I once went there casue i hurt my self at work and saw a guy laying on a gerny <SP> with a gun shot in his leg. Been waiting 36hrs for a Dr.

i noticed RI is not on the list there's not a lot to see here, since we're so small, but there is a lot of history here. and for the smallest state in the union, we have over 400 miles of coastline!! (beat that, colorado!! )

only thing of note i could think of in RI are the potato heads - Hasbro (the toy company) is headquartered here (a block away from my house) and a couple years ago they put life-size Mr. Potato Head statues all over the state, dressed in different outfits. there are some photos here: http://gonewengland.about.com/library/blpotindex.htm

most of them are gone now, but the original one is still hanging out outside their main building. i'll have to get a picture of him one day.
