100% agree! Its not exactly secret information. And often great photos a ruined with a photshop swirl or something like that. I don't understand the concern

Space, it has a black frame around it. Just hard to see it.

Nice plate.


Chris, if I may offer my opinion. Don't put the 3 on the end. Considering that GM badged the cars with "LT" no matter what level it is. And "LT3" doesn't appear on your car; just "LT". Putting LT3 on your plate would be kind of an obscure reference to most people. I think you should go with "06MCLT" if possible.
What's wrong with 06MCLTZ?

I've never completely understood the reason for obscuring a licence plate either. I can understand people not wanting to post pictures of themselves or their kids. But if people want to obscure their plate, that's their business.

As for ruining a picture. It depends on how it's photoshopped. The swirls and smudged plates do ruin a picture. But a plate can be obscured or eliminated without ruining the picture. I photoshopped a couple plates out of the 2010 MCF Calendar by request of the car owners. One took more work thank the other. But both came out okay.
