Got hail?
been raining mixed with hail outside for more than 3 hours now, got pretty decent golf ball sized hail ***** near my job eariler and i heard St. Louis got baseball sized hail down there....any one from that area? i parked my car in my company's garage for the next day or two till this rain/hail stops

We haven't gotten anything yet thank goodness - I think O'Hare got hit 3 different times this evening - I have a NOAH weather radio and it was going off like crazy tonight.

NOTHING here. Absolutely maddening.
Early this afternoon, Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 7p. NADA. Not even a cloud in the sky. Then, at 7:01p, "updated" to until midnight. Then, we got some clouds, but NO STORM, not even a sprinkle.

Wow and Elgin is 30 mins west of my location yet nothing??? How the hell does that happen
Every car on my block has hail damage now some even with busted windows.
Storm is calmer now just light rain n thunder. Skokie had a tornado not power enough to rip houses apart but tossed a few cars n semis.
I was watching it from a distance, that's the first tornado I ever seen

Although ... admittedly, within a few hours of my last visit here, we did have some pretty interesting thunder rolls and lightning strikes....so, we didn't miss out on EVERYTHING, thank goodness!

well, we just got golf ball sized hail a few hours ago, and i have no garage in my apt. in watertown... but my cars fine, it's mostly fiberglass and the roof is pretty tough because of the bends for the sunroof, the trunklid seemed fine but i won't know for sure until morning

Didn't get any around here thankfully. But I saw on the news somewhere got so much hail, the city had to use snow plows to clear it. Didn't catch which city that was. Anyone else see that, and know where I'm talking about?
