RE: Gas Prices From Around the Globe
I've said it before and I will say it again.
I think we should ban together as consumers and create a price war between the major fuel producers. We need a company boycot for at least a couple of weeks, my pick would be Exxon, fuel inventories would shoot through the roof causing a huge sell off. Producer "B" would have to keep up with prices of the overstocked producer causing an all out price war.
The oil companies have held us hostage far too long IMO......

[:@]I'm already boycotting Exxon by not having the funds to purchase their `gas
As one of the world's most profitable companies, ExxonMobil has the power to move the world toward a more sustainable energy future. Instead, ExxonMobil has acted consistently to move our country backward on energy policy by opposing efforts to stop global warming, lobbying to drill in America's most pristine wilderness areas, and failing to promote renewable energy and fuel efficiency.

RE: Gas Prices From Around the Globe
Is that $1.00 US or CDN???
It could go either way there...lol
http://www.gasbuddy.com/
I found this link earlier that shows average fuel cost by different areas of our countries.
Why is fuel so high in Canada? Taxes?

RE: Gas Prices From Around the Globe
the government in canada makes 50 cents on every litre of gas sold, so thats 2$ on every gallon sold,
and with the dollar the way it is right now, the american dollar and canadian dollar are almost even
