Thanks Jr.... ya we are doing all of bucket list home fixes before I retire (or get too old to do them LOL)

Looks Great Tad! Hopefully we find a house soon and I can finally have my man cave with an attached 4 space garage. My man cave would be a detached garage, but still have an attached garage for the wife.
