Morning TAZ and everyone else, got home a while ago just winding down now,
Another irritating thing happened today/yesterday, Amy gets home and there is an envelope shoved in our door from the apt complex, so she opens it
It our payment wasn't accepted must be post marked by the 3rd of the month and partial payment are not accept, we owe 997.62 by the 9th!
Or the file for a ud ( eviction proccess)
WTF! Our rent is 870, they returned our check and the envelope we sent it in, post mark from the post office is Sept 1 and the check is made out for 870, IDK where they came up with the extra 127.62
but I am pissed, I absolutly can't wait to move out of here,

Sounds like a screwy mess with the rent. I would be moving also.

evening all, school was rediculous and i left feeling like i will fail. But i stopped at taco bell(havent been there in years) and grabbed some food, now im home to just relax and i'll take a fresh stab at everything tommorow

Morning all. We had a situation happen when we lived in a townhouse complex. They sent us an eviction notice for nonpayment. My wife call the office because we put the check in the drop box. A few days later they found it stuck between the box and the wall. Luckily for us they knew us and believed we paid it and the eviction was just a corporate formality. Once they found the check both office people and the manager called apologizing.
