Evening all, found our today in 2 weeks I'll be moving to a new crew... the worst crew at the plant... looks like I got voted to be the lead that has to kick that crew in the ***...

Also found out as part of my review happening next week that I will be getting more $ than some of the others that have been there longer, granted just my track record shows alot... from low man on the to todempole to lead operator in less than 6 months, o what hard work will do for a guy... and so many there just don't get it...

 

Congrats on more money but too bad you have to deal with the worst crew at the plant.

Good evening all. Got a car show on Sunday and that will be the last show the Monte will be in before it gets demoted to daily driving duties.

 

Thanks still don't know exactly how much but last we talked for leads it was going to be $4.5 raise which for someone like myself who has proven himself to get there after 6 months of being here and been a lead for the last 4 months I can't complain

, being this is a brand new company, first one of it's kind in the world I wasn't expecting anything for atleast 2 years, And to hear he fought to get more for me is awsome, now we just need to get the reviews done and actually see what he was able to bring me to

Going from the best crew to the worst will definitely be a challenge, going to spend my monday/Tuesday off typing up my goals and expectations for the crew, consulting my manager about it and get his thoughts and imputed on it before I make the switch and present it to the crew
