I took the day off to prepare for a Family gathering tomorrow. I am cooking a big stew. It is a lot of work but I enjoy it!

Good morning guys.

Getting excited for a 3-day weekend getaway in a couple weekends up to Manistee/Grand Traverse Bay area with my girlfriend. Our overall trip will take us through Manistee, Benzie, Leelanau, Grand Traverse, Wexford, Missaukee and Roscommon Counties. We'll be driving M-22 to see the fall colors, sightseeing and doing a countryside train ride. A little bit of what we'll be seeing...

This trip has been a long time coming, and Michigan's M-22 was just voted America's #1 scenic autumn drive so it's perfect timing. I've wanted to do this for a while but have been so busy. Finally just put the hammer down. Camera will be coming along.
