Hello everyone; I've been a bit busy between the girls, work, limited sleep, and posting on the assaulted workers thread I have not had much time to jump on here and say hello. I worked yesterday at the mouse house and again today and will again tomorrow. Thankfully tomorrow is my Friday and I can't wait for it to be over. Susan and the girls drove me to work yesterday so they could have turkey dinner with some friends. All the guys at my shop brought in a dish since Mickey Mouse seems to get stingier every year. Years past he served turkey dinner to everyone who came in and worked. He also bought Christmas dinner too. He no longer does Thanksgiving and I have yet to hear about Christmas. I got out of work last night at 12:10 and then we drove over to 535 to Walmart. I filled the T&C with gas while Susan went in to do a little shopping. We don't have a lot to spend on Christmas this year because Susan is on maturnity leave and we have to pay everything on my check. We could have planned it better. Anyway we did Black Friday madness shopping together two or three years ago and there was no parking and wall to wall elbow to elbow people. A real madhouse and all the good stuff got gobbled up in no time at all. Last night was far different. There were parking spots to be had and the walk to the store wasn't that far. I stayed in the van with the girls. Susan said that in the store it was Friday night type busy but not a madhouse and there were plenty of advertised bargains to be had except in toys and kids PJ's will slim picking. I think Mondays news reports will say that the Black Friday shopping numbers are a disappointment.
