Good Friday morning everyone! TGIF
Got the weekend off this weekend. Lots to do. Errands to run, house stuff to do, and car stuff to take care of.
I gotta replace a light switch in the house, and look into how much dirt it's gonna take to fill in the sinking ditch in the back. The area I live in used to be farm land. The ditch between farms is the property line between houses now. The neighbor behind me filled in his part of the ditch last fall, and used railroad ties along the back fence to hold it. So my yard is now the low spot, and my back yard is holding water. My yard is now sinking from the ground being saturated all the time. Which is causing my shed to start leaning. Time to back fill with dirt. And lots of it.
The Monte is developing the wheel well rust that is common on 6th gens. Front fenders are starting. Gotta get on that.
And I have to fix the windshield wiper on my dad's Buick. Tried using them when they were frozen. Passenger side worked okay. Driver's side froze solid and broke. Looks like the spindle itself is broken. Fun.

Morning all, waiting to hear back from an interview yeasterday, I have a feeling they are not going to offer what I would like, since looking into things most places like that are starting lower than I'd like, seemed like the hr person who interviewed me wanted to hire me on the spot but couldn't due to having to talk to her supervisor about pay lol

Good afternoon guys.
An overpass in our area was struck by a semi yesterday morning which tore up the steel girders so they are domo'ing the bridge to rebuild it. The highway has been closed since yesterday morning. This to an already construction crippled area has made traffic around here horrible.
