Afternoon all. At work for 2 and half more hours then it is officially the weekend!! Someone may be coming to look at the 71 tonight. Be nice to get rid of it and get something different so my wife will keep out of MY Monte.... (I guess she helps pay for it)LOL. Have a great afternoon.
All you Michigan greeters, have fun this weekend. It will be our turn next weekend in St. Louis. The Michigan one could be closer for me after I think about it..I am 2.5 hours from the state line on I-69. 5 hours to St. Louis. Gotta go there though to pick up some things and drink some of that famous Budweiser.

 

I only got 2 hours of sleep. Woke up and never could get back to sleep. I'm gonna be dragging by the end of work tonight that's for sure.

 

Well its 3:20 pm fri afternoon. Finished the lawn cutting and trim work. Washed off the lawn tractor and I think myself while doing that. Took a break and went to check on my Chevelle at the bodyshop. Poor baby will have to spend the weekend away from us . But she's looking good .. Checked the mail and have a shirt request there. So I mailed that one out a few mins ago to Fla. On the way back crossing the street I lloked right and saw an all white Monte waiting at the light. I stopped mine in the middle of the intersection and looked at him ha ha ha ha. Thumbs up and kept on going. Now for a shower to cool off and visit with my 10 yr old grandson while he's here. Later gators yuk yuk

afternoon all, got out of work later than our boss said we would. We've got some reals slackers on our crew. My horizon is finally ready so i'll pick that up tommorow, but nice to have it back again. No work tonight so i'll probably just sit home and do nothing. Have a good afternoon all.

 

Ya know keane.. I'll have to agree with someone on here that said .you seems happier then before your job change. THis new job seems to agree with you.

 

I agree with you and it was Lou (lougreen03) who said that. I've been on this job for 2 months now and heres my run down of how its going. Its quite benefitial to me, i'm making more money, its less stressful over all than being a cashier as i dont have to deal with the public. Granted its more physical labor, but thats good too, build a little muscle and i think ive lost some weight. We do have a good time, joke around and stuff. The bad, we've got some people that are slow and no so capable and its a daily habit of having to bail them out. That gets old. And ofcourse just working those hours can be a bit odd. But in a nut shell, im making more money for less frustration, works for me..

 

Evening all. Got the monte all cleaned up and found out yesterday that it will fit in the garage. It's almost to the back wall and the door just misses the bumper but it will fit. it's good to know in case there is a hailstorm coming or some other severe weather. I may park in there in the winter tho.

 

Evening Everyone, nm goin on here, gonna do a lil work on the monte tomorrow, sure do miss driving it
