RE Good Morning. Just rolled out of bed a few mins ago. Two IMPORTANT things to do today. Take Ozzie in for his shot and get that freakin TV Bulb Hope everyone has a great FRIDAY again this week.

`Mike, wish you a fun/safe/good weather trip..Take some pic's `if you can & share..We haven't seen your Camaro oline lately...

Had a new a/c unit installed this morning in my apartment & I just checked `it & it's cool in my recharge space now
I can take the heat up 2 about 90, but beyond that it's difficult to rest 4-Sure...Look'in 4ward to getting off work in a few more hours I'm happy 2 `be & I hope the reader of my words is happy also...

Welcome new Member "the hotness" & his 2007 Monte Carlo S.S.
(Just joined the MCF on 7/3/12) I think his plate is from Texas
I have'nt seen to many with silver tint...It's another beautiful Monte 4-Sure..

The Camaro was poorly painted before I purchased it. I couldn't tell until now, but the damn paint is just flaking off it. That's why I haven't taken many pictures of it, there are gray splotches all over

Probably was fading in a lot of places and just MAACO painted 1 thin layer. I'm going to try to touch-up paint the car and seal it so it doesn't flake anymore, but i'm not sure how well that will actually help. The second it gets a chip, that chip gets bigger and bigger and bigger

If I cared more about the car / planned on keeping it, I would probably be looking into a real paint job...

sounds like the typical MAACO paint job, the prep work just wasn't there,

there is alot of restoration shops that i have visited that actually use MACCO but that it after they have done all the prep work them selves, if the prep work is done good MAACO really is not that bad of a choice becuase that is wat they do day in and day out is paint cars! and you couldn't buy the paint and do it yourself cheaper than them
