Hi all!
Mike that's for sure, it's like -15, -25 real feel or something here today... I felt like my fingers were frost bit through my gloves that are wool and leather, I don't think that should happen lol
I received some good news today... that means that Rambler parts are getting ordered!

Yeah the real feel here this morning was -14. I had to warm up the Camaro for a while just because shifting into first -> second was pretty tough.

At least you can get in them.. the Monte won't take on overdrive until I'm about 2 minutes from work... gas mileage in the winter is terrible.. getting somewhere around 22 mpg about 70% city..

Good afternoon everyone. I am at school and work later. I am off tomorrow which is the first in a long time. I think I am going to the junk yard. I need a few things for the monte and me and my dad need to get parts for my sisters car after she hit a guard rail. It was pretty cold this morning but it is slowly warming up. I really do mean slow. I know tomorrow it is supposed to hit in the 30s so pretty glad for that.

Good evening everyone, quick day at work today, made a lady cry during an interview, and honestly didn't mean too, she was extremely nervous and overthinking the answers for the questions so I calmly asked her to relax and take a deep breath and just relax for a minute before continuing. So she got beet red in the face and her eyes started to tear up and then she says "I'm not going to get the job am I?" and started to cry, well then the HR lady doing the interview with me started to cry, and all I could do was hand out tissue paper. On the positive I spoke with her and said that I understand how nerve wracking interviews are and that while she was talking I could see her blood pressure rising from the redness in her face and just wanted to have her calm down and relax so that I could meet the real person inside, as most people tend to overthink answers during an interview and their nerves don't let the true personality shine through, I always try to make them as stress free as possible, and generally encourage laughter to break the mood. In the end she passed the interview and pending her reference checks and background check she has a job ![Smile](https://montecarloforum.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Going to Toronto tomorrow to pick up some rims and tires, found a set of rims that I may put on my car pending the condition as they are aluminum, and they have a set of yellow lettered goodyear eagle nascar tires mounted on them in new condition as they were off a show car that was only used to go to show's with
Also tomorrow morning I am changing the passenger side axle in my car in order to get rid of the shake as after a lot research everything is pointing to the shake being caused by my inner cv joints being bad, so a new axle is about the easiest fix
Hope everyone enjoyed their day

Ken- It's cool to hear of other peoples ways of doing interviews. I always interviewed my prospective nurses as I was working with patients. First of all, it was not your usual "sit in a room and feel like a hostage" kind of interview. But they got to see that I wasn't just about all the paperwork and was a nurse before I was a boss!!
Good evening Taz!
