Good morning all it's 5:30 am here in Lansing. Went to bed at about 12:30 last night. Couldn't sleep at all last night. Mom's here now. Brother-in-law has some have baked Idea concerning the terms of selling mom's house (he is in Az where the house is) wants mom to fiance the buyer. I am feeling no way she or I do not need the risk of a default. Just upset me so bad couldn't sleep feel some what helpless although I do have a deed trust interest in the house I belive the sale will require my signature.
Well rambling on due to lack of sleep. Have a good day friends.... I need some coffie as soon as everyone wakes up here.
